Mostly known for its variety western wear, Hill Road is that one place where you will find the latest trends in westernwear. “I’ve also picked up stuff that are often spotted on international run ways; in spite of the fact that many branded stores didn’t have them stocked for a long time. These street stalls are updated on a weekly basis with the latest styles and patterns, which makes shopping more fun, here,” says Renee Bhuyan, an avid Hill Road shopper.
Be it the latest patterns of chic tops or the flowy palazzos, the slip zipper pants or party-perfect dresses for the upcoming party season, there’s absolutely nothing that you won’t find here. While another shopper Shanaya Chaudhary who frequents this place, says, “The best part is its variety; no two shops will have the same piece of clothing. A little bit of bargaining will give you enough stuff to last for a season, that too without making a hole in your pocket.”

The streets have some shops too that have a decent collection for guys. In fact, if you are looking at buying basic round neck t-shirts with funky prints or camouflage shorts, and sort, then the open stalls across the street have some great options to choose from.

From caps to belts, and from funky eyewear to watches, one can find everything on their list, here. “For us college students, Bandra is like the ‘Mecca’ for shopping. I usually come here to buy my stock of belts, as I love to wear that accessory with my denims, dresses as well as skirts,” says Neha Panjani, a college student.
You can also find a variety of scarves and stoles here. Just team these scarves with any simple outfit and you are bound to stand out. “I love the shades here; I have an affinity for buying unique style shades, especially the ones with weird frames,” says Nikunj Rathod, a writer.
