Diners take in the atmosphere at Margaritaville in the Westgate City Center Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007 in Glendale.

With about two months until the NFL Pro Bowl and Super Bowl XLIX bring football fans to Glendale, Westgate Entertainment District is adjusting its restaurant lineup.

Longtime starter Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville is out. The casual dining restaurant with an island theme is expected to close by the end of the year. It opened in 2007 at the entertainment center, at Loop 101 and Glendale Avenue.

Upcoming roster additions include Hot N Juicy Crawfish and Fractured Prune.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish is a Las Vegas-based chain. Diners order bags of crab, lobster, crawfish, clams and oysters doused with choice of seasoning, such as Louisiana style, garlic butter or lemon pepper. The seafood restaurant debuted in Arizona on Mill Avenue in Tempe in April. The Westgate branch is scheduled to open in January.

Fractured Prune is a pastry store with a cult-like following on the East Coast. Customers create their own doughnuts by choosing among 19 glazes and 14 toppings. Or they can pick a signature doughnut, such as the cookies-and-cream with vanilla glaze and cookie-crumb topping. There are two Fractured Prunes in the state — one in Chandler, which opened in April, and a second inside US Airways Center, which opened in October. The Glendale branch is opening in December.

Crave Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches, which will carry sweet and savory Belgian waffles, and OPA Life Greek Cafe are also expected to open soon.
