SINGAPORE: National striker Norshahrul Idlan Talaha is his own worst critic.

The 28-year old was the best performer in the national team’s losses to Syria (3-0) and Vietnam (3-1) last week. Yet, the former Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) player, known fondly as Mat Yo, described his performance as “still below par”.
