Venturi Ventures Inc., pursuant to the company's stock option plan, has issued 38,000 stock options to Bob Rai, director of the company. The options are immediately vested and exercisable, have an exercise price of 15 cents per common share, and will expire if not exercised prior to Nov. 20, 2024.
