Pepco Files New Bypassable Transmission Rates in D.C.

Pepco has filed with the District of Columbia PSC new bypassable transmission rates for the period beginning December 1.
The bypassable transmission rates are a component of the total SOS price, and therefore, the total SOS rate is changing as well
