GRENADIER ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Grenadier Resource Corp. has appointed Terese Gieselman as its chief financial officer effective Nov. 20, 2014.

Ms. Gieselman has had 28 years experience with public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, OTC Bulletin Board, Nasdaq and American Stock Exchange, in the roles of chief financial officer, treasurer and corporate secretary. Ms. Gieselman has accumulated an extensive background in corporate and financial reporting and compliance for Canada and the United States, including particularly relevant experience in financings, treasury, international corporate structures and financial reporting.
