Online retailer Flipkart sends empty package thrice to same customer

The video proof has been making internet rounds

Mumbai: After Snapdeal's epic Vim bar-Samsung goof up, online retail competitor Flipkart seems to have created a new benchmark in poor customer service. Similar incidents have been making the rounds of internet where online retail stores have sent bricks, loose papers or simply an empty box. Such instances place a big question-mark on the services of online stores that seem to be taking the customer for granted.
