Unidentified man opens fire on industrialist in Hyderabad
In an attempt to kidnap Reddy for ransom, total 10 rounds of bullets were fired by the shooter.
The sensational incident of open firing at industrialist Sri Kambam Nitya Nanda Reddy took place on Wednesday morning near KBR Park at Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.
Hearing the gun shots and rescue calls Nitya's younger brother Prasad Reddy rushed towards the car and caught hold of the gun but the assailant fled away.
In an attempt to kidnap Reddy for ransom, total 10 rounds of bullets were fired by the shooter.
Police has filed an FIR just after the incident. During investigation police have collected video footage, CCTV footage and other relevant information.
A portrait of the unknown assailant has been drawn with inputs from Prasad brothers and has been released to the press and media. The unknown assailant is a well built man, aged between 30 to 35 years, having sharp eyes with an oval shaped face.
