Arpita Khan's Wedding: Salman Invites Riddhima Kapoor but not Brother Ranbir and Parents?Twitter

Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan's wedding on Tuesday, 18 November, was a star-studded affair as many celebs from the B-town dropped at the Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad to celebrate the big day with the entire Khan family.

While, the superstar invited his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif to the grand ceremony in Hyderabad, recent reports suggest that he chose not to extend the invitation to Kaif's live-in partner Ranbir Kapoor and his parents Rishi and Neetu Kapoor. It is understood that Salman doesn't share a good equation with the "Barfi" star because of the latter's relationship with Salman's ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif, and hence chose not to invite him. Interestingly, the actor's elder sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni was invited for the wedding.

Riddhima, who resides in Delhi, was invited not just for the lavish wedding in Hyderabad but also to the reception in Mumbai on 21 November, reported The Times of India.

Riddhima confirmed the news saying she had received the invitation but couldn't make it to Hyderabad, and will skip the Mumbai function too because of her daughter's school timings.

Meanwhile, Kaif, who is close to the bride and is involved in most of the Khan family affairs, made it to the wedding without her boyfriend.

Several guests showed up at the lavish wedding ceremony of Arpita with her long term businessman boyfriend Aayush Sharma. Apart from Kaif, the evening saw several Bollywood celebs including Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Priyanka Chopra, Karan Johar, Kabir Khan and wife Mini Mathur, Mika Singh, Yo Yo Honey Singh, and Sajid Nadiadwala among others attending the function.
