Police said the accident happened at 4.30am when they were returning home after the night shift.

CHENNAI: Three employees of a BPO company at Nungambakkam in Chennai were killed on the spot and two others suffered minor injuries when a car in which they were travelling hit a tree and overturned at Pallavaram on Wednesday morning.
The deceased were identified as S Anbu Raj, 23, a resident of Chrompet, Arjunan Sugumar, 23, of Irumbuliyur and Suresh Muthuswamy, 24.
Rajkumar Vijayan, 25, and Ritilal, 24, escaped with minor injuries.

Police said the accident happened at 4.30am when they were returning home after the night shift. Vijayan, who was driving the car, lost control of the vehicle.
The bodies were moved Government Hospital at Chromepet for postmortem.
The Pallavaram traffic investigation police registered a case and were investigating.
