The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has been roundly criticised for its intervention into the beef dispute.
Farm organisations, farm leaders and leading politicians have criticised what they view as the CCPC's focus on preventing farmer protests, while appearing to ignore processor actions over the last year in forcing down beef prices.
