Steven Hester, M.D. Joins the Cielo Healthcare Advisory Board

Steven T. Hester, M.D., MBA, is the System Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY, one of the region’s leading health care systems, providing a full range of medical services. Dr. Hester began this role in September 2008 after serving as Chief Medical Information Officer, since December 2004. Prior to joining Norton Healthcare, Dr. Hester practiced emergency medicine full time as regional medical director for Kentuckiana Emergency Physicians, where he worked to improve quality and volume with significant success while redefining multiple processes within the organization.

Dr. Hester holds a bachelor's and a medical degree from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. Dr. Hester serves on the board of directors of the Christian Academy School of Louisville and multiple national and local boards.
