Two Chinese local officials indicted for bribery

BEIJIJNG - Two officials in East China's Shandong province have been indicted for taking bribes, according to a statement released Tuesday by the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).
The two cases involved Li Chunling, former head of Weifang Nursing Vocational College, and Liu Zhenjian, former member of the standing committee of the Heze city branch of the Communist Party of China.
Both cases were tabled to the intermediate people's court of the city of Weifang.
