Solowow wants 100pct of Rovese ceramics

Michal Solowow and his firm FTF Galeon announced a tender offer for 339,224,545 shares of ceramics producer Rovese, some 41.8% of the company or all shares not yet controlled by Solowow, at PLN 1.42 apiece, offer manager DM PKO BP said in a statement.
Subscriptions will run in three stages: first one between December 3 and December 8, the second one between December 9 and December 15, and the third one between December 16 and January 8, 2015, the statement showed.
The bidders plan to achieve a 100% stake in the firm at 811,440,159 shares.
ING OFE pension funds is the only other significant shareholder at Rovese apart from Michal Solowow, with a 14.55% stake (over 118 mln shares), the firm's website showed.
