On till today is the second edition of Akasha 2014, the bi-annual wellness and lifestyle event of speakingtree.in. This chapter of Akasha brings together a yogathon, sessions with leading spiritual masters, workshops and a wellness products expo. The event is on at the Epicentre, Gurgaon, till this evening, Nov 16, 2014. Everyone is welcome to get a personal taste of spirituality with renowned masters.

After the highly successful show in July this year at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, Akasha moved ahead to its second chapter with a series of master sessions and workshops on spirituality, wellness and wellbeing. The sessions are life-changing and contain nuggets of everyday wisdom and spirituality in workshops on auras, theta healing, hypnotherapy, meditation and yoga sessions. A variety of health and wellness products will also be on display. You can pick up herbal supplements, birth stones, healing products and more.

Commenting on the occasion, Archana Vohra, VP and Business Head, Times Internet Limited, says, “The Speaking Tree is a widely loved spiritual guide to many people. We created Akasha as an interactive platform for our seeker friends, prominent spiritual leaders, and manufacturers and suppliers of wellness and lifestyle products to assimilate and connect, all in one place. Our first edition in July 2014 saw a tremendous response and prompted us to launch our second edition four months, later. Akasha 2014 promises to stimulate the mind, revitalise the body and comfort the soul of all.” The key master interactions at the event include a yogathon by Surakshit Goswami, besides talks by Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi on ‘Relationships and healing’, Shantanu Nagarkatti on ‘Who the hell wants to work?’ Swami Shantatmananda on ‘Do we need morals?’ Bimol Rakshit on ‘Enhancing mind power and personal development’, Sadhvi Bhagawati on ‘Spirituality in the age of smartphones, sex and status updates’, Smita Jaykar on ‘Auras, chakras and healing’ and Atika Dhandia of Art Of Living on ‘I, me, myself: Do I really need a relationship?’

All master talks are free for all. We had an equally riveting lineup of paid workshops that were held yesterday:

Meena Gupta on self-healing through hypnotherapy; Devaki K on theta healing: the power of meditation, Bimol Rakshit on enhancing mind power; Art Of Living’s happiness programme; Gayatri Bhartiya’s heal your life and K A Agarwal’s Kkuchhal Pathi: Balancing your tattvas.
