Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy said that the functioning of the police department would be improved to the satisfaction of the people. Addressing a gathering after inaugurating a police station at Siddipet on Sunday, Mr. Reddy said that priority would be accorded to Home Guards in police recruitment. Minister T. Harish Rao was also present.
