When Mika sang for Hyderabadis at Novotel

Excitement was palable at a musical event in the city on Friday night as 'Baby Doll' singer Kanika Kapoor took the stage and kick-started the evening with Jugni Ji. She followed that up with Baby Doll, which made the boys go crazy. Then, Akriti Kakkar got the crowd grooving with her song Marjani Marjani. But it was Baadshah who charged the audiences' batteries up when he crooned his chartbusters, Saturday Saturday, Abhi To Party Shuru Hui Hai and many more.
However, it was Mika Singh paaji, who stole all the limelight with his dhamakedaar entry.Though he arrived two hours late, he made up to the audience and won them over in a minute,when he wished Hyderabadis, 'Sat Sri Akaal, namaste, adaab, hello and hi to all boys and beautiful girls out here'. In his hour-long performance, he sang Damadam Mast Kalandar and followed it up with some of his hit numbers, Gandi Baat, Pungi Bajake, Jumme Ki Raat and Shake That Booty, on which he danced as well! The crowd went completely out of control when he dedicated the song Tenu Main Love Karda to Hyderabad girls and came down the stage.
The enthusiastic fans tried to get a dekko of the singer up close and almost mobbed him, but he was whisked away to safety within seconds. It was one fun concert indeed!
