Shruti to make her Bollywood debut opposite Manoj Bajpayee

Actress Shruti Marathe, a popular face in the Marathi industry, will make her debut in Bollywood opposite Manoj Bajpayee, in a biopic on Budhia Singh, the wonder boy from Odisha, who ran marathons at the age of four.
The film is being directed by Soumendra Padhi. Talking about her debut, Shruti said, ���I am portraying the role of Geeta, who is a judo coach and the wife of Budhia���s coach Biranchi Das played by Manoj Bajpayee.Though we have a happy marriage, we have continuous tiffs over Budhia, as my onscreen husband, wants to make him undergo rigorous training.��� Shruti has earlier done films in Tamil, Kannada and Marathi.
