Vidyut to take legal action

Vidyut Jammwal, who was last seen in Anjaan with Suriya, is all set to take legal action against an event company that is believed to have used his name to promote their event scheduled to happen on November 15 in Malaysia.
A source close to Vidyut says, ���An event management company was scheduled to host an event called Indian Sensation catering to the Indian diaspora in Malaysia.Given his popularity with the Tamil audiences, he was approached to headline the event. However, he was never confirmed for the event as he didn���t receive any payment from the organizers. Despite his non confirmation, the organizers used his name and images to promote the event online and through ads without his knowledge or consent to which Vidyut is now objecting. He is consulting his legal team to take the organizers to task.���
Vidyut���s official spokesperson confirmed the news saying, ���It���s incorrect to use his name and give audiences a wrong impression about his attendance when that���s not the case at all. We are all currently working on building a solid case against the organizers to ensure they realize their folly.���
