GSTAAD ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DAVID THOMAS AND APPOINTS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

David Thomas has resigned as chief executive officer and a director of Gstaad Capital Corp. Paul Larkin, the company's current president, has taken on the combined role of chief executive officer and president.

The board of directors would like to thank Mr. Thomas for his contribution over the years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
