Hawaa Hawaai ( 2014)
The film revolves around a boy named Partho and his dream to skate. The journey of how his coach, played by Saqib Saleem, makes this young boy a champion skater.

Chillar Party (2011)
The film is about a bunch of innocent but spirited kids who lead carefree lives in a colony that takes on the big bad world of politics, when one of their friend's life is jeopardized. The movie is filled with dollops of laughter and features Ranbir Kapoor in an item number. It also bagged the National Award for the Best Children’s Film.

Stanley Ka Dabba (2011)
This offbeat film revolves around the everyday life of school children and their schoolteacher played by Amole Gupte. Amol forces his students to share their food with him and forbids one from entering the school until they brings their own tiffin-box. This film is extremely heartwarming and manages to touch the young and adult heart.

Bhootnath (2008)
Bhootnath can be called as India’s answer to Casper the Friendly Ghost. The film is a tale about the comradeship between a residing ghost named Bhootnath and the housemates’ kid who has newly moved in. The movie did wonders at the box-office and also had a sequel this year called Bhootnath Returns, which again was a success.

Taare Zameen Par (2007)
Taare Zameen Par is one of those few movies that touch the soul. The film explores the life of an eight-year-old boy who excels in art but his poor academic performance leads his parents to send him to a boarding school. Aamir Khan once again added his Midas touch to the film by playing Ishaan’s teacher who suspects that he is dyslexic and helps him to overcome his disability.

Koi... Mil Gaya (2003)
Koi... Mil Gaya is one of India’s finest sci-fi films. It’s a tale of an abnormal boy who is given special powers by an alien named Jadoo. This genre of movie had never been produced in the Indian cinema before. Koi… Mil Gaya was a huge hit and had sequels Krrish, and Krrish 3, which were both impactful superhero films and entertained the masses to the core. Also, Hrithik Roshan who played the superhero was at his best in the both the films. From the perfect bod to the killer acting, the actor charmed his way through with his superhero act.

Makdee (2002)
The film is about a young girl and her twin sister residing in a small village of north India and an alleged witch that lives in a mansion. The movie explores the blind belief in witches and witchcraft across India. While the movie makes an excellent watch, it also clears our heads of believing the wrong thing.

Chachi 420 (1997)
A struggling dancer falls in love with a wealthy woman and soon gets married. Not so soon differences surface between the couple and they divorce with the wife being granted custody of their only daughter. He comes up with a plan and dresses up as a Maharashtrain woman and is employed as his daughter’s nanny. But complications arise and the movie goes through many twist and turns. The film was an exact copy of the renowned Hollywood film Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) starring Robin William.

King Uncle (1993)
Life of a strict wealthy businessman changes as soon an orphan girl who has runaway from the orphanage finds a father figure in him. And upon realizing the importance of family, the man decides to adopt her and mends fences with his own family. He also frees his sister from her abusive husband and brings her back home.

Mr. India (1987)
Mr India is one of the first few sci-fi films that Indian cinema has ever given us. It's the story of a man who has the power to go invisible and how he rises to the occasion and fights to save his adopted children and all of India from the clutches of the evil Mogambo. The different concept was appreciated and loved by everyone. Anil Kapoor played the role of Mr. India with excellence.
