Young Pavit blossoms in Bangladesh

JAMMU, Nov 12: Young and talented cricketer Pavit Singh Ishar of Sidhant Cricket Academy participated in the Under-19 Cricket Tournament at BKSP (Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prostishtan), Bangladesh Institute of Sports, Dhaka, recently.
Representing Mohali Cricket Club, Punjab, the only team from India in the tournament, Pavit emerged as best bowler, scalping galaxy of wickets.
Having the patronage of his coach, Varinder Sharma, SAI cricket coach, Pavit got selected in the Mohali Cricket Club team on the basis of his performance in a tournament held in Chandigarh in the month of June, 2014, where he was adjudged the best all-rounder of the tournament.
In Bangladesh he was the highest wicket taker and was awarded the best bowler of the tournament award.
All his expenses were borne by his sponsor ANM, Jallandhar .
This opportunity gave him good exposure and experience as he learnt and interacted with many national and international players and coaches in his 10-day long tour.
