Pakistan : FBR approves appointment of KMPG as auditors of PRAL [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has agreed to appoint KPMG as auditors of Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL) for the next fiscal year. The approval was granted in a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of PRAL held at the FBR House, Islamabad, chaired by Tariq Bajwa, Chairman FBR/ Chairman PRAL BoD. The Board commended CEO PRAL as the firm had announced a profit after suffering loss for two years. The Board unanimously agreed to appoint KPMG as auditors for the next fiscal year, for a remuneration of Rs 220,000 (Audit fee Rs 200,000/- plus 10 percent out of pocket expenses).
