Good news for Gujarat are just not stopping. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday not just inducted two Gujarat MPs to his cabinet in centre as Ministers of State(MoS) but also allotted them good ministries to relevant to their constituencies. While Mohanbhai has been made MoS Agriculture which is very relevant to Saurasthra region from where has been elected, Banaskantha MP Haribhai Chaudhary has been made MoS Home affairs which is again very relevant to his constituency which is bordering Pakistan.
Through Haribhai and Mohanbhai, Shri Modi will be able to make desired tasks possible. Especially Haribhai who had been first elected as early as in late 1980s will surely prove excellent task executor for Shri Modi in this important ministry. With Kiren Rijju and Haribhai as junior ministers in Home Ministry, and Rajnath as senior minister, the focus areas of ministry will be divided for better results.
The changes in portfolios are listed on this page, and one of the eye-catching change is shifting of Ministry for Development of North Eastern Region from VK Singh to Dr. Jitendra Singh who is also a minister for Prime Minister’s office.
