Quebecor Inc. (QBR_A.TO, QBR_B.TO) Thursday reported third-quarter profit of C$45.1 million or C$ 0.37 per share, compared with a loss of C$188.8 million or C$1.53 per share last year.
Revenues edged down to C$1.020 billion from C$1.021 billion a year ago.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share on its Class A Multiple Voting Shares and Class B Subordinate Voting Shares, payable on December 16, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 21.
