Buying things from your Facebook feed will become a normal part of everyday life, according to John Collison, the 24-year-old Irish co-founder of the billion-dollar payments firm, Stripe.

Speaking to Independent.ie, Collison also said that China was an exciting new market for Stripe and that most of the world’s population had yet to start buying things regularly online.

Stripe recently signed deals with Facebook and Twitter that will allow users of the social networks to buy things directly from within their social media feeds. It is also one of Apple’s launch partners for Apple Pay, the tech giant’s new payments system.
