Leona Lishoy in a psychological thriller

Actress Leona Lishoy, who was missing in action from M-Town for a while, is currently picking up some interesting projects in her home turf. She will be seen next in debutant Anil Nair’s Rosapookalam, a psychological thriller. It revolves around six friends, who are on a journey to find their missing friend.
Leona says, “The movie will show the past and the present, so there will be two get-ups for the actors.The past captures the campus life of a group of friends. They meet up after a gap of 10 years and go on a journey.” She plays Jasmine, a bold girl, in the film. Speaking about her role, Leona says, “I play a bold college student, who is daring and fights against injustice, and also a journalist.”
Meanwhile, Leona has completed the shoot of Vinod Sukumar’s Haram starring Fahadh Faasil and Radhika Apte. This is for the second time she is sharing screen space with Fahadh. “In North 24 Kaatham, we had combination scenes, but I have only one scene in Haram. I play Radhika’s close friend in it.”
The actress, who made an entry through Sathyan Anthikkad’s Kalikkalam, got noticed in Mammootty-starrer Jawan of Vellimala. Leona is also awaiting the release of her Tamil film, Beedi, in which she plays a veterinary doctor.
