Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board, conducted objective type written test for the post of Accounts Assistant on 30th of August, 2014;
Whereas, soon after the conclusion of the said test, the key was published through local dailies/uploaded on the official website for information of general public/aspiring candidates with a provision that the candidates are free to submit their representations alongwith documentary evidence in case of any discrepancy found in the answer key;
Whereas, the representations so received were examined by the Expert Committee.
Whereas, on meticulous examination of the representations, it transpired that answering Options in respect of one question is to be changed and in respect of one question, two Answering Options viz B & C are to be reflected. Details of Questions is given below

It may be noted here candidates having marked B or C as Answering Option for the afore-mentioned question shall be awarded marks. However, no marks shall be awarded to the candidates opting both the options.
Similarly, it was found that Answering Options in respect of the following questions were inappropriate/none of the options were correct, therefore, the questions deserve to be nullified / deleted.

Now, therefore, through the medium of instant notice, it is hereby informed that four questions detailed above for the post of Accounts Assistant have been nullified/deleted and the marks earmarked for the said questions shall be allocated equally to the rest of the questions as per Rule XV (17) of J&K SSB conduct of Examination Rules, 2013. Besides, the Answering Options in respect of two questions is revised and the revised key is up-loaded on the official website of the Board.
