Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field reveal their new son's name in a cute video

Los Angeles - Robbie Williams has named his son Charlton Valentine.

The singer and his wife Ayda Field have picked the moniker for their newborn son, whose birth at the beginning of this week was documented in a series of videos posted by the Candy hitmaker on his own website and YouTube.

The couple revealed the name of their baby in a new video uploaded to both sites which he also shared on Twitter.

Charlton weighed 8lbs 2oz when he was born on Monday and after his arrival, Robbie posted on social media: "No Moms Were Harmed Thank you for sharing the journey with us, we have been blessed with a beautiful baby boy. RW x (sic)"

In the series of birthing videos the former Take That star posted online, he was seen singing his own tracks to Ayda as well as crooning through Let It Go from the Disney movie Frozen as she endured the 14-hour labour.

The 40-year-old pop star and actress Ayda, 35, also have a daughter, two-year-old Theodora 'Teddy' Rose.
