Mötley Crüe played Madison Square Garden for the last time on Tuesday night before breaking up.
“Tommy [Lee] and Vince [Neil] don’t get along,” hat designer Ivy Supersonic told me after partying backstage. “Each band member has their own party, in their own party room. They have separate tour busses as well.”
The highlight of the sold-out show was a strapped-down Lee playing drums upside down as he hurtled over the audience on a roller-coaster-like track.
