Mass marriage for specially abled people to be held in 10 TN districts

CHENNAI: A mass marriage for specially abled people will be held in ten districts of Tamil Nadu on November 6.
The ‘swayamvar’ is being organised by the Tamil Nadu Handicapped Federation Charitable Trust. It will be held in Cuddalore, Villuppuram, Namakkal, Thiruvannamalai, Madurai, Tiruvallur, Perambalur, Thiruvarur, Tiruppur and Chennai districts.
Participants found their partners after a series of counselling sessions with experts.
As many as 58 couples will tie the knot at the event.
