CALANGUTE: A bike belonging to a Sawantwadi native was stolen from inside the compound of a hotel in Calangute.
Salvador D’Souza, who works in a hotel in Panaji, has lodged a complaint with the Calangute police that some unknown person stole his two-wheeler on the intervening night of September 6-7.
The bike is worth 35,000. Unable to trace the bike, he lodged a complaint with the Calangute police who have registered an offence against an unknown person under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
