These candidates will also have to execute an undertaking on affidavit (on prescribed format) before their services are hired. The services of the selected candidates shall also be governed by the terms & conditions mentioned in their selection letters issued to the Chief Medical Officer/ Principal GMC Srinagar. The District Monitor shall report to the office of Mission Director, NHM, J&K, Chanpora Srinagar for further duties.
The candidates shall have to join their duties on or before 1st November 2014. After joining, the selected candidates shall report to Kashmir Division Office, National Health Mission, Chanpora, Srinagar on 5th November 2014 at 10.00 am for undergoing 04 days orientation training.
