INDORE: Taking a swipe at DAVV for not filing police complaint in MBBS answer sheet tampering case and MBA paper leak case, son of former Congress state president KantilalBhuria and DAVV executive council member, VikrantBhuria alleged that the university is overlooking serious issues related to students.
"I am highly disappointed with the university administration, which seems to be sweeping MBBS answer sheet manipulation and MBA paper leak case under the carpet.
Such cases are required to be reported to the police but the required action has not yet been taken," Bhuria said on Sunday.
He said that he had written to vice-chancellor Prof DP Singh regarding his disappointment over the university's stand on these two issues. "More than a week has passed after MBBS paper leak case came to the fore. Still university has not filed any FIR in the case," he said.
"Similarly, MBA second semester question papers were leaked before exam but the university committee reportedly closed the case saying people involved in the case were not cooperating. The university should have handed over the case to police," he said, adding that he would raise both the issues in the EC meeting scheduled to be held on October 30 and seek response directly from the V-C.
