The Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League has lost 10 consecutive games. Following the most recent loss – a 7-2 drubbing – a severely agitated head coach Paul Fixter spoke with reporters.

When one member of the media commented on the team’s work ethic in a roundabout way, Fixter bristled, and barked, “What’s the question?”

The reporter raised his voice in turn, saying simply, “Did you work hard.”

Fixter then gave a seminal, introspective, and cohesive answer that left everyone feeling better about the tension in the room.

Just kidding. Fixter said the magic four-letter word and ratcheted things to an utterly unhinged level.

Don’t poke the bear, especially if the bear is an 0-10 hockey coach that thinks you’re asking stupid questions.
