Kitchen tech to make juicing, baking and cooking a breeze

What can you do in 15 seconds? Braun's new juicer, the Multiquick 7 can turn your fruit and veg into a delicious drink in that time.

The well-built machine, produced by the very well respected Braun, features a spout, drip stopper, pulp container and pusher. The machine can process both soft and hard fruit and veg with two powerful speed settings. It's possible to feed whole fruit and veg into the Multiquick 7, limiting the amount of prep required.

Thankfully the juicer is dishwasher safe too and there's an anti-drip feature, minimising the mess. The bottom of the machine features anti-slip pads, making it easy to use.

There is an excellent selection of recipes on the Braun website, meaning users can get making the juices straight away.

The juicer is available in stores from €199.99.

Kenwood is renowned for its high-quality kitchen products and its new food processor is no exception. The Multipro Classic (FDM790BA) is a device which, once added to the kitchen, becomes a must-have regardless of the level of culinary expertise of the owner.

Within the box is a three-litre bowl, a 1.5- litre thermo-resistant blender and a whole host of gadgets which will help whisk, chop and grate the ingredients. One of the greatest features of this devices is its inbuilt weighing scales, reducing the number of other devices and preparation steps when baking or cooking.

The device's multiple settings allows users to fully control what happens within the mixing bowl. The internal motor is a very powerful 1,000W.

The bottom of the machine is built with non-slip pads which ensures that there are no spills, regardless of the power setting on which the device is set.

The MutliPro Classic is available in stores now from €229.

Boast is an audio-based social network that allows users to stay informed through audio snippets. The folks behind Boast say that the most natural way for us to communicate is via the human voice rather than a keyboard, so why not embrace it?

Users can share sound bites, voice messages and conversations for free. Boast is a young social-networking app and user numbers are continuing to grow. It is unclear if it will take off in the same capacity as Twitter and Facebook, but it is fun to use and worth a look!
