Maschhoff Family Foods' Greg Billhartz appointed CFO [Kuwait News Agency](Kuwait News Agency Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Maschhoff Family Foods (MFF), headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., announced this week that it has named Greg Billhartz executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO), and general counsel of its organization. Billhartz will lead the financial team as the company closes its books on a successful year for both its pork and chicken businesses. "We are very excited for Greg to expand his role to include CFO responsibilities, and I have a very high level of confidence in his ability. He has proven himself an outstanding strategic leader," said Jason Logsdon, chief executive officer for Maschhoff Family Foods. Billhartz brings significant leadership experience to the company. Prior to joining Maschhoff Family Foods in 2013, Billhartz served as corporate vice president, general counsel and secretary of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., overseeing its legal, compliance and human resources functions. During his time with Ralcorp, Bilhartz led several strategic transactions, including a number of domestic and international acquisitions. Prior to that, Billhartz served as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for Arch Coal, Inc. Billhartz started his career in 1994 at Coopers & Lybrand LLP after graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a B.S. in Accounting. He later went on to receive his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law, and began his legal career with Bryan Cave LLP as an associate, until leaving to join Arch Coal, Inc. in 2004.
