AEGIS RECOGNIZED FOR EXCELLENCE IN DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AT SHRM HR AWARDS 2014
- Honored for the 3rd consecutive year for its Six-dimensional diversity framework
Aegis Limited, a global outsourcing and technology services company has announced that it has been recognized with the distinctive HR Excellence Award 2014 by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Aegis has been honored for the 3rd consecutive year with the esteemed ‘Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion’ Award 2014 for its Six-dimensional diversity framework by SHRM.
SHRM – The Society for Human Resource Management is the world’s largest professional, not-for-profit Human Resource association with more than 275,000 members in over 160 countries. SHRM’s mission is to service and advance the HR profession through globally recognized certifications, collaborative communities, comprehensive research, academic alliances and advisory services. The six distinct facets of Aegis’ Diversity and Inclusivity framework include Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), Gender Inclusivity, Inclusion of Socially and Economically Disadvantaged people, Culturally & Linguistically Diverse People, Mature Age People and Indigenous People.
