Congress welcomes order

Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president G. Parameshwara welcomed the Karnataka High Court’s direction to the Special Lokayukta Court in Shimoga to consider afresh private complaints filed against BJP national vice-president B.S. Yeddyurappa and others.

Dr. Parameshwara told presspersons here on Tuesday, “I appreciate the order. Mr. Yeddyurappa and others must bow before the law. The former Chief Minister must respect the law of the land.”

Reacting to the development, Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Jagadish Shettar said the “law will take its own course”.
