NEW DELHI: The
New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will soon have a new chief, as Jalaj Shrivastava has been empanelled to the rank of additional secretary and is leaving for a month long special training to the US. Shakuntala Gamlin, principal secretary (services) in Delhi government, will take over from Shrivastava on October 25.
Gamlin, who will hold dual charges for the time being, is well-versed with the functioning of administration and has held several key posts in Delhi government.
