Aparna Dixit
(Poorvi from Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai)
Diwali is the festival of lights, celebrations, gifts, get together and definitely good food.
It is my favourite time of the year. I like decorating the house with diyas, colorful lights, rangoli and flowers on Diwali. I love the whole atmosphere around us. The lights and the happiness of being together with my family and friends makes Diwali all the more special for me. I would like to urge my fans to have pollution and noise-free Diwali.

Diwali, for me, is another opportunity to spend time with family and close friends. I’ll have a small puja at home and then catch up with family, friends and their kids. We eat a lot, burst few crackers and play cards. I hope this Diwali, too, would be fun-filled.

Pariva Pranati
(Amrita from Hamari Sister Didi)
Diwali is one of the most beautiful festivals. Each and every place is so well lit that it looks heavenly. I love the lights, but I don’t like bursting crackers as the noise and the smoke pollute the air and make people sick. I think we should be responsible citizens and festivals should be taken as an opportunity to do something good for the world.

Adaa Khan
(Pia from Piya Basanti Re)
Diwali is never the same if not celebrated with family and friends. We have a family dinner every year when we get together to burst crackers, gorge on sweets and play cards.
