Zensar Technologies said that the company has allotted fully paid up 1,560 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company to its employees. Zensar Technologies is a global information technology services and infrastructure services provider.
The company reported a 4.7% fall in net profit at Rs 673.1 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2014, compared to the same period last year. Consolidated net sales grew 9.8% to Rs 6.47 billion in the July-September quarter this fiscal from Rs 5.89 billion in the same quarter of 2013-14.
