Karachi: 8-year-old kidnapped boy rescued from Landhi
Tufail Zaman was kidnapped from Hijrat Colony.
KARACHI (Web Desk) - The Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) on Wednesday rescued an 8-year-old kidnapped boy from Landhi’s Quaidabad area, Dunya News reported.
Meanwhile, the kidnapper identified as Qari Shaukat has also been arrested.
According to police, 8-year-old Tufail Zaman was kidnapped for Rs500,000 ransom from Hijrat Colony.
Separately, Rangers and police have arrested at least twenty suspected criminals including two extortionists during raids in different areas of the metropolis.
On the other hand, two people were injured in different shooting incidents near Lyari Cheel Chowk and airport.
