Despite Blake Garvey publicly declaring his love for Louise Pillidge, bachelorette Lisa Hyde says Louise wasn’t the only one he called he ended his engagement to Sam Frost.
In an interview with The Project runner-up Lisa has said Blake tried his luck with her too.
“Well he actually called me after the finale and he said that he was quite upset with everything that’s gone on,” Lisa said.
“And I was giving him a bit of support but still letting Sam know that he was in contact with me. And then he asked me if I still had feelings for him and if I could see a future with him.”

The 27-year-old was the last bachelorette to be rejected by Blake before he proposed to Sam Frost. She says she ignored his advances and told him to ‘get lost’ when he approached her after the finale had aired.
“I said how dare you say that to me and how dare you ruin the friendship between Sam and I,” Lisa says.

“If you wanted to choose me, you choose me as you’re number one, not your number two. I would never be second to anyone.”

Meanwhile, Sam says Blake’s claims that she knew about his feelings for Louise are completely false.
“That’s the biggest load of sh*t I’ve ever heard in my life,” she said.
“I had suspicions that he was interest in someone else because he had said to me that, you know the top four he had invested a lot of emotion and feelings into.
“Then when I raised my suspicions with him he just flat out denied it.”
During their short relationship, Blake says he had feelings for Louise and decided to tell Sam how he felt, but she refused to discuss it and asked him not to mention it publicly.
Blake made a heartfelt attempt to win Louise back. He penned the beautiful blonde a five page letter declaring his love for her and delivered it to her by placing it in the trusty hands of her dad.
“My one wish is that I don’t want to just be your first love, I want to be your first, last and only,” he says in the letter.
