JAMMU, Oct 21: The Government today shifted nine Forest officers including three Chief Conservators of Forests (CCFs) in the State Forest Department.
Chief Conservator of Forests, O P Sharma, under orders of transfer to SFRI as CCF Research, has now been placed as CCF Settlement and Demarcation against an available vacancy.
Chief Conservator of Forests Jammu, Roshan Jaggi has been transferred and posted as CCF Wildlife Jammu vice Asif Mehmood. Mr Mehmood has now been placed as CCF, Jammu.
Conservator of Forests, Vigilance, Roop Avtar Kour has been shifted and posted as Joint Director, Forest Protection Force (FPF), Jammu. She will take over the charge on the superannuation of M M Gupta on October 31, 2014.
Sajjad Hussain Mufti, under orders of transfer as DFO Udhampur will report to CCF Jammu till further orders. DFO Leh, Sat Paul, under orders of transfer as DFO Kargil has been placed as Project Officer, MFP Jammu vice Som Dutt Khajuria. Ashwani Kumar, ACF awaiting orders of posting with PCCF (J&K) has been placed as I/C DFO Kargil.
Som Dutt Khajuria, Project Officer MFP Jammu has been shifted and posted as I/C DFO Urban Forestry Jammu while Anwar Aftab Shah, I/C DFO Urban Forestry has been transferred and posted as I/C DFO Udhampur.
