Caesar Flickerman (better known as a purple-haired Stanley Tucci) may not be the crowning source of information in the “Hunger Games” universe, but when it comes to the latest “Mockingjay” teaser, truer words have never been spoken.
Following the release of last week’s much buzzed-about teaser for the upcoming “Hunger Games” three-quel, a new 40-second clip has hit featuring all-new footage of the forthcoming flick.
The video shows Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), alongside Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Haymitch (Woody Harrelson) and Plutarch Heavensbee (the late Philip Seymour Hoffman) in what looks to be the compound of District 13. Though the clip glances quickly over the main players, fans of the series will surely take notice of the twisted PSA that plays throughout. The biggest shocker of all — Peeta’s alive and actively participating in the Capitol’s propaganda.
“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1” is out Nov. 21.
