Karachi- As the preparations for the mass public gathering are in full swing in the metropolis, the martyrs of Karsaz tragedy were remembered today.
The workers of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) gathered at blast site as seven years of Karsaz tragedy completed today. They lighted candles, oiled lamps on the blast site and offered prayers for the deceased.
The pictures of martyrs were put up at the memorial, where caravans of the PPP activists continued to arrive throughout the night from across Sindh.
A caravan comprising hundred people marched to the memorial on foot all the way from Nawabshah. The workers continued to raise slogans.
The enthused workers said they will stay at the memorial during the night; afterwards, they will go to the public rally.
