VICTOR EMMANUEL CARMELO NADERA 2ND, a Grade 8 student of the Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA) in Mount Makiling, Laguna, won silver in the Asian Kids Art Competition held in Incheon, South Korea on October 4.
