KUANTAN: An Indonesian construction labourer lost his life following a quarrel outside a workers' quarters near KPTM 5, Kuantan-Gambang road here on Friday.
Kuantan district police chief ACP Abdul Aziz Salleh said in the incident that happened around 8pm, Sairah, 39, was approached by some men in four vehicles.
