Pawan Kalyan breaks down

Power Star Pawan Kalyan fulfilled the wish of a terminally ill 12-year-old fan Srija, by visiting her at the private hospital in Khammam where she���s being treated. Srija, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor,was brought to Hyderabad for treatment by her parents recently when she expressed her desire to meet her favourite actor Pawan Kalyan.
���Pawan was saddened and broke down after seeing the state of Srija who wasn���t responding to his attempts to talk to her.He spoke to Srija���s parents and enquired with the doctors about her condition. Pawan donated 2 lakh to Srija���s parents and also a few toys. He also assured his full support to aid the child���s treatment adds a source accompanying Pawan Kalyan,who made a stopover at Khammam on his way back to Hyderabad from Vizag.
